Chilli is a mild chilli spice. This is not an over powering flavour of chilli.
Peri - is slighter hotter spice with a bit of a bite.
Garlic - A perfect amount of garlic you can taste the more you chew.
Droewors [Drywors] is a dried version of the popular South African sausage, boerewors, of which thinner boerewors sausages are dried to create droewors. The thinner boerewors sausage are usually chosen for drying as they dry more quickly and are far less likely to spoil during the drying process.
Our Original Beef Droëwors is made using a traditional South African recipe. It is coarsely ground and spiced with our secret spice blend and naturally air-dried to perfection.
A great snack food with crackers and dips. We offer party packs online with the mix of our droewors and biltong.
100% Qld beef is used to make our Drywors.
Biltong is an air dried, spiced and salted meat which is made using 100% Qld beef. It undergoes a curing process, with vinegar, spices, salts, and the rest is of course a secret!
It is the way most South Africans prefer to eat their biltong. We use a 100% Australian beef. It is sliced with a portion of fat attached to each strip of meat. This enhances the flavour of the biltong. The spices are added and then air dried for approximately 2 days or so, only. It retains a lot more moisture, has a red appearance in the centre and a soft texture on the palate.
