- This website (www.qldbiltong.com.au) (Site) is operated by Qld Biltong Pty Ltd ABN 43 624 095 692 (us, we, our).
- By visiting and using the Site you accept and agree to be bound by the following website Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms). If you do not accept these website Terms, do not use the Site.
- We may change these website Terms at any time without notice. Please review these website Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made.
- It is your responsibility to clarify any of these terms and conditions should they not be clearly understood and this may be done by emailing us or telephoning us and requesting to speak to a member of our management team.
- Purchasing through the Site
- We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
- We only ship to Australian addresses at this point in time. Should you wish to purchase from us and have the products delivered outside of Australia then you need to contact us to make a special arrangement for the delivery of the products. Certain products may not be shipped outside of Australia due to internal or external regulations.
- Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards
- Valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Not exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. They can only be used to purchase products we stock.
- The recipient must use full value of voucher when making a purchase. We are not required by Australian law to give change on a voucher.
- Vouchers bought in our stores are redeemable in any of our stores across Australia.
- Vouchers bought in store may not be redeemed online.
- Online vouchers may only be used in our online website shop
- Returns Policy
- We will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 14 days from receipt) provided the goods are in a resell-able condition, in the original packaging and are not a special order item or a clearance item such as those close to or past best-by-date products.
- Perishable products that have not been correctly refrigerated at a temperature of less than 4 degrees Celsius or frozen products that have not been kept in a freezer at a temperature below -10 degrees Celsius are deemed not in a re-sellable condition.
- "Special order" items are goods that are not in stock at the time of an order, or products that we do not normally stock on an ongoing basis or specifically ordered to meet a order request.
- Returns and exchanges can ONLY be authorised by us, so please confirm beforehand how and where to return items prior to returning them. Please don't just return items as it disrupts the efficiency of our processes.
- Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the sole discretion of Qld Biltong, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance.
- At our sole discretion the returned product(s) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price to cover the costs incurred by us in handling returns.
- Delivery of Goods
- We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays.
- Once the goods have arrived at the point of delivery then the goods will be at your risk.
- If you fail or refuse to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Qld Biltong, you shall be liable for any and all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Qld Biltong as a result thereof and, at our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
- Content and Intellectual Property
- The content, layout, design, concept and organisation of the Site (Content) is or may be the subject of patent, copyright, trade mark, design, confidentiality or other intellectual property rights (Intellectual Property) belonging or licensed to us.
- Subject to your compliance with these website terms, we grant you a temporary, non-exclusive licence to download, print or otherwise reproduce in unaltered form a single copy of any Content (save for any material for which express notice is given to the contrary by these website Terms for regular personal, non-commercial use, or for non-commercial information purposes only within your organisation.
- Certain material provided or available on or through the Site may be stated to be subject to special or additional rules or conditions which will form part of these website Terms
