Our range of biltong varies from dry to wet. Currently our products are all manufactured within a commercial environment with South African expertise. We offer a select range from Biltong, Boerewors, Stokkies and Drywors, and our new venison drywors is now available. We make products to order if this is required in larger quantities. . We pride ourselves on being a Queensland company and using Queensland beef. Formally "Foods Outa Africa", now Qld Biltong attended most major commercial shows, eg. Ekka, Brisbane Boat show and Good Food and Wine, Sancturary Cove food and wine show ect. We began from humble beginnings attending Nerang Markets, Brisbane Markets and Kuraby Markets. Our range is being sold and distributed through some retail chains and is available 364 days a year. Our valued retail customers can order via our online shop and commercial customers are able to order or inquire via the wholesale customer order form on our website.
