Our wet & fatty biltong is created from premium outside flats to give you the beautiful fat layer and all the extra flavour to the meat.  Marinated in a blend of pre mixed spices imported directly from South Africa.  Been told its the best they have tasted yet. :)   We have 7 flavours available to choose from.
