Stokkies is the South African name, but it simply means “Beef Sticks”. They are prepared as thin strips of beef. We use 100% Qld beef. They are the perfect snack.

Traditional is a plain style dried beef using a non-spicy spice. Great for the folks who can’t handle any hot spicing.
Chilli is a mild chilli spice. This is not an overpowering flavour of chilli.
Peri – is slighter hotter spice with a bit of a bite.
